Hitman trailer in theaters

Movies based on games have never been received that well by the gaming community. They had one of the worst directors (DIE Uwe Boll!! DIE!!) or they twisted the story so badly it hardly resembled the game (Doom, WTF a virus instead of hell?!?). Maybe we can finally have a decent movie with Hitman. This movie will normally come out in October and to start building a hype, they’re showing a trailer of Agent 47 before Die Hard 4: Live Free or Die Hard.

ComingSoon.net has learned that 20th Century Fox will debut the trailer for Hitman in theaters with Live Free or Die Hard, opening on Wednesday, June 27.

Hitman, based on the popular video game, stars Timothy Olyphant, Dougray Scott, Olga Kurylenko, Robert Knepper, Ulrich Thomsen and Michael Offei. It is directed by Xavier Gens from a script by Skip Woods and hits theaters on October 12.

Please let this movie be good or i’ll strangle all the people involved with a piano wire!

I'll watch this when it comes on tv or something. IMO they got the wrong actor to play agent 47 and for me that's totally ruined it, he looks like a geek.

It's not the story change that made it a sub-par film. It's the fact that it was reminiscient of 80s and 90s horror/action films.

dunno, think he would be a hitman that storms a restaurant by force and shoots everyone dead :p

about the current actor, might not be so bad, i mean look at daniel craig from the latest James Bond. Everyone freaked out because he was blond and didn't fit the character and now almost everyone loves him as Bond :)
