Anonymous sources have disclosed that Sega is working on a sequel for its 2009 Wii zombie slasher The House of the Dead: Overkill.
Other than that, only a release planning of early to mid 2011 was unveiled.

Details on the game are still undisclosed, but what we've been told is that a title codenamed "House of the Dead: Overkill 2" is being worked on, which we assume is for Wii and potentially PSMove.
Sega responded to inquiries with the usual "no comment on rumours and speculation".Would you look forward to a HotD: Overkill 2?
