How 'real' are the Forza tracks ?

Always wanted to know exactly how real the Forza Motosport tracks will be ? (you know, Forza, the game that crashed a litte bit during a pretty important presentation ;) )

You can see for yourself now in the following movie, coming in at 55 Megs on your harddrive ...

Needless to say that I really want this game ... want...it...bad !
