Industry leaders trying to appeal Hillary Clinton?
According to RockyMountainNews some important men from the games industry are fundraising for senator Hilary Clinton's event 'Friends of Hillary Clinton".
We're talking about Entertainment Software Association President Doug Lowenstein and Steve Schnur, the worldwide executive of music for Electronic Arts. Are these indivual donations or are they a pittiful attempt to make it up with Clinton, who abused the Hot Coffee 'scandal' to take on the whole industry?
Ironically, it was Lowenstein who questioned Clinton's motives and arguements when she proposed to further investigate Hot Coffee and the whole rating system. So, the industry must donate now if they want to be heard?

The breakfast has all the earmarks of "an industry trying to curry favor with one of its critics," said Steven Weiss, spokesman for the Center for Responsive Politics.
"It's hard to separate an individual donor from a high level position they hold in an influential industry group," he said. "Whether the organization likes it or not, this fundraiser is going to be seen as an industry-backed fundraiser."
