Infinity Ward: three more leave the studio
Infinity Ward a sinking ship?
Programmer Jon Shiring updated his twitter with word that he's left the studio:
After almost 6 years at Infinity Ward, I resigned today. I'm incredibly proud of everything we accomplished and I'm going to miss everyone.
Meanwhile Senior Animator Bruce Ferriz told IGN he's left Infinity Ward to join Big Red Button Entertainment, working on an unannounced project, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 lead designer Mackey McCandlish also updated his Twitter with word that he's gone:Thanks idub, we had a great 8+ year run going there. Thanks for lunch everyone!
That's five key people from Infinity Ward bailing out in a timespan of less than two months. You can start wondering now how many will stay on board and how Activision - Blizzard is planning on making more Call of Duty with all the main brains behind the games gone (making Treyarch the key development studio isn't really an option if you ask me)
