Jack Thompson does it again

What would the gaming industry be without Jack Thompson? A lot less fun I guess as the guy continues to make himself look like a fool.

Joystiq is reporting that everyone's favorite cook-turned-lawyer sent his 15 year old son to Best Buy where the kid managed to buy Bioshock despite it being rated as Mature.

Thompson says that in using his son in a sting operation, he's proven "that Take-Two's upcoming releases of hyperviolent and sex-themed Manhunt 2 and Grand Theft Auto IV will be widely sold to kids of all ages, despite promises by Take-Two, the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), and major retailers."

Ok, so let's look at Thompson's logic a little closer:
- Thompson encourages his son to buy a Mature-rated game
- The retailer allows the 15 year old to buy this game
- TakeTwo is to blame for all of this!

Anyone else that feels like there's something wrong with this logic?
