Jagged Alliance on the big screen
The future of Jagged Alliance as a game is still a bit uncertain with all the fuzz surrounding it last year, but apparently there are plans to take the franchise onto the silver screen. Strategy First Inc. has teamed up with Union Entertainment for this project.
Let’s hope they’re right…
"Jagged Alliance is high on character and action, but with a dark humor that fans relish," Union President Richard Leibowitz says in statement. "Jagged Alliance has a solid premise, and its character-driven game story makes it much better suited to film adaptation than many other game properties. Those elements are key to successful game-to-film translations."
Let’s hope they’re right…
