Japan crazy about TV on the DS
By now, it should be clear that the DS is a big success in Japan. Still, Nintendo gets surprised by the popularity now and then. They can't even follow the requests for their TV tuner, which is not available yet.
For a bit less than 45 Euros, you can watch Japanese TV stations on your handheld thanks to the little device. At this moment, Nintendo isn't planning to bring it to Europe, but maybe they'll change their mind after this major success.
Would you buy it?
"As it was television (not game), we intended to begin accepting the orders quietly without prior announcement," a Nintendo representative told Japanese site J-Cast. "We had not expected so many requests would be made."
