Although Sony Entertainment has brought its Playstation Network back online in most of the world, its home country isn't allowing them to restore the service just yet.
Kazushige Nobutani, director of the Media and Content Industry department at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, has said that before they allow PSN to return, they want more reassurances from Sony regarding security:
