Microsoft announced their Live Anywhere! service at E3 2006. Like the name implies, it will expand Xbox Live to PC and other platforms, such as mobile phones, and will let PC and X360 gamers play together or against each other.

If you want to take part in the beta test, grab your chance now, because the number of spots is limited and the registrations are open.

Microsoft has kicked off the registration period for the upcoming Games for Windows Live beta testing, opportunities that will only be available for a limited time. To be considered you will need to complete the Games for Windows - Live Beta application survey. Games for Windows Live is the upcoming online service that will allow multiplayer connectivity between PC Xbox 360.
