Jowood and Koch Media go to court

Jowood, who recently claimed insolvency, has decided to sue Koch Media for apparently having been underpaid for 6.4 million JoWooD shares in 2006.
The publisher is in it for the long run it seems, as they've said "a final court decision will be rendered only after tedious proceedings that could last for several years.".
If you're wondering whether that may be a problem due to their current situation of insolvency, Jowood wants to reassure us all: they expect to get out of that situation within 90 days.
Personally I find it strange that one can sue someone else for having sold shares too cheap. But hey, I'm not part of the financial world so maybe it's just me being too stupid to understand ;)
