Jumpgate Preview
Gameloft checked out what Jumpgate will have in store for us, including several new pics[BLOCK]There is one little gripe with the game is that your truck seems to be driving on a moon surface or some planet that has an odd gravity. No truck can float in the air for that long without having jump jets! Other odd things include the ability to drive at a near 90 degree angle on a mountain without your truck flipping over. I've gone off hills sideways at full speed and my truck doesn't flip over! There is no damage modeling in the game, most likely because of licensing problems. Can these things be forgiven? It all depends…this game is the only Dreamcast, PC and Mac online Internet racer, the graphics are nice and the fun factor is there. I would suggest downloading the demo and judging if the odd physics are annoying enough for you to not buy this game. [/BLOCK]
