Killzone 2-gate ?

You ever felt sceptical about Killzone 2 and how good it might look? Well, Kotaku is reporting that the developers have admitted spicing up the latest batch of screenshots that were released so you were right!

They are only the tiniest bit touched up. Short answer is yes. Long answer is that there was a little bit of colour-correction done and some minor polish, but nothing major. Still very close to reality and it looks better in motion in my opinion.

Kotaku has a comparison shot of reality and souped-up where you can clearly see that the "minor" polishing actually isn't so "minor"

Bwahahaha "minor" my ass, but then again most games pull these stunts at least killzone admits it.

tbh it is a big deal. First they make a trailer that was completely made in CGI(fake!) and now they release screenshots that don't even look the same as the one ingame. that they 'clean' them up a bit i got no problem with. but this 'improvement' is a little bit too far imo.

those screenshots look like theyve been tweaked like the covers of fashion mags,lets see some rolling footage,fuk the advertisng agents biggin up the game and graphics...spend ur money on the programmers
