L.A. Noire dev Team Bondi gone bust?

It seems crunch time can have a negative effect on your company.

Over at NeoGAF is word that L.A. Noire developer Team Bondi has gone bankrupt and will see its remaining staff and assets be taken over by production company KMM (Kennedy-Mitchell Miller) which is one of the companies owned by Mad Max creator George Miller.

Team Bondi are now bankrupt and the remaining staff are going to be bought by KMM, including Brendan McNamara who was instrumental in sealing the deal. Apparently Depth Analysis (the sister company who own the face tech) are also in some trouble after making little to no money off of LA Noire (like TB themselves).

Rockstar own the LA Noire ip, so it will be interesting to see what happens next.

Following the latest scandal regarding inhumane working conditions, Rockstar Games decided to pull away from their relationship with Team Bondi and ever since the dev studio has been looking for other parties to work together with on a new game. Apparently without much success...
