L.A. Noire without Move/Kinect

In an interview with The Guardian Jeronimo Barrera, vice president of development at Rockstar Games, explained why L.A. Noire won't support Move or Kinect.
According to Barrera implementing motion control would be too much of a risk to make the game look "forced". The decision to give L.A. Noire traditional controls, however, doesn't mean future Rockstar or Team Bondi games won't be getting it:

"And for [Rockstar Games], if the best way to get our vision across is motion control, we'll use it," he said. "But that all came along during the development of L.A. Noire and we didn't want to shoehorn it in."
L.A. Noire arrives this Friday in stores for Xbox360 and PlayStation 3 (in Europe, US gets it a few days earlier).In other news:
