LO:MAC demo
Not really a brand new demo (It has been around for a few hours) but given the downtime and the fact that Lock On: Modern Air Combat looks like it has quite some potential this post seems justified to me.

It's been quite a while since we had a descent flight sim with modern aircrafts so for those can't wait to get some airtime, go here and get the 123MB large file.

I have no idea why it was released before
ECFS. The plan was to release CD versions at
ECFS on 05 Oct and online on 06 Oct with mirrors. I hope to know more on Monday after I talk with Paris. However, it sounds like Gamestar jumped the gun and released it before they were told to do so. There's nothing more I can say at this time, but I hope you enjoy this early taste.
Please note that this demo is based on code from Beta 5. We are not on Beta 10.
A few points:
1- Do NOT run Heat Blur with FSAA on.
2- Use the sound sliders to adjust cockpit volume
3- If you have sound problems, lower your sound settings in DXDiag.
If you have bugs that you would like to report or hardware issues, please post them HERE. I and the team will be monitoring this thread. Please do not create multiple bug threads.
