According to Splash Damage (communicating through the stuffed #etqwbeta IRC-channel), new keys for free Fileplanet accounts will go out today but there isn't a set time yet:

Do what the man says! Hopefully it won't be such a meltdown like it was yesterday, if things get messy again then it's best to read this thread to keep your head cool (and get some alternative downloadlinks for the 846 MB beta client).
A demo will be released as well so don't panic if you can't get a key.

I put in one of the 8000 cards with 512mb, 2Gb Ram, P4 3.6
and STILL it didnt like specs, I cant afford to own a £3000 PC just to beta a game :P

Yea I couldn't wait til 1 am, had to get up at 6 am for work and of course they were all gone by then : /
