Electronic Arts is still busy eating other developers and publishers. Some are smaller than others, and some are more eager to join the EA-club than others.

Take Two is one of the latter group of "others". They refused EA's latest offer, saying it's too low. EA moved the deadline of the deal to August 21st 2008. The previous bid was 2 billion dollars.
