Lawsuits hold up Modern Warfare 3
It seems that the lawsuits concerning Infinity Ward and the sacked bosses Vince Zampella and Jason West are bad for the development of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. At least, that's what Activision - Blizzard claims.
Kotaku has looked into the Activision countersuit, in which the company states that both men's attempts to remove Infinity Ward from Activision has hold up the pre-production of a new Modern Warfare game.

The court documents surrounding the case, released earlier today, show that one of Activision's main complaints is that West and Zampella's attempts to secede from Activision and form a new "spin-off" studio is "delaying pre-production of Modern Warfare 3", and that this delay is being used as "leverage in their negotiations with Activision".
Further, the case also says that "as a direct and proximate result of this breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, Activision has been forced to commit additional resources to Modern Warfare 3".
Since West and Zampfella are not the only ones who left, I think they would have needed the additional resources anyway. No? Activisions ulterior motive is some blatantly obvious its retarded to think they are playing very shady with this whole thing and i hope West and Zamp get everything they can out of this.
