One of the most irritating things about the Wii, next to the snapping wrist straps of course, is without doubt the length of the sensor bar cord. The bar needs to be placed right below or on top of your television, but those owning a projector found it to be too short and thus looked for alternate means of signaling the Wiimote.

After closer investigation, the sensor bar seemed nothing more than a series of infrared LED's, leaving the cord only as a way to supply them of energy. Those who don't have the 1337 skillz of creating their own sensor bar can now rejoice, as there's also another technique on the rise: candles!

WTF? Yes, wtf! But it's the truth. Candles not only radiate light but also heat, on which the controller can orientate itself. Still think i'm a lying bastard? See for yourself!
