15 hours of singleplayer gameplay
Joystiq had the chance to sit down with Mafia 2 producer Denby Grace, who stated that the game will offer 15 hours of gameplay and will only need one disc:
It's one disc. The experience is fifteen hours, so it's not too bad. But the scope is pretty huge, the script's like 600 pages; 160,000 words; 300 speaking characters. It's huge, but it fits on a disc
He also stated that multiplayer currently isn't being considered:
There are no plans that we are speaking of at this moment
The game has been delayed a couple of times already in order to get some additional polishing done, and currently the planning is to get it in stores somewhere in the last quarter of this year on PC, PS3 and X360.
