Investors not interested in cooking
Things aren't going too great for Cooking Mama publisher Majesco. Nasdaq has sent the company a letter stating that if its stocks won't regain a value of $1 a share for ten consecutive days before February 18th next year, they will get delisted.

The letter further notified the Company that, in accordance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(8)(D), the Company will be provided 180 calendar days, or until February 18, 2009, to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. Compliance is achieved if the bid price per share of the Company's common stock closes at $1.00 per share or greater for a minimum of ten consecutive trading days prior to February 18, 2009.

you're an idiot...they will never be delisted. Even if in 360 days they are under $1.00, ever heard of a reverse stock split?

Majesco wouldn't be the first game company to get delisted and there've been bigger game companies that have been in that situation. Never say "never"

Stops them getting Delisted, but doesn't help anything in the long run if no one wants their shares anyway? no?
