Mario Kart: Double Dash preview
What does a guy do when he gets an invitation from Nintendo Benelux to try out a nearly completed version of Mario Kart: Double Dash which is arguably the most anticipated GameCube title of the year? Yes, indeed: one grabs a buddy (meneer_pastoor), jumps in a car and hurries along to the Walhalla of Nintendo games in Antwerp, Belgium. After a nice warm welcome we were left alone in a chamber filled with Nintendo goodies … and 3 consoles of which one had Mario Kart: Double Dash on it.

Now bare in mind that we arrived at 15h00 and that they practically have to kick us out by 18h00. Three hours of non-stop Mario Kart fun !
