Mario throws yet another party

Nintendo has announced Mario Party 8 (yes, another one to add to the series) will be found in European stores on the 22nd of June. Apart from the traditional party animals like Mario, Luigi and Peach we can now also find some new characters like Hammer Bros. and Blooper (the squid) at Mario’s grand feast.

Because this gaming is coming to the Wii, you'll probably have to hold and swing the Wiimote in different kind of ways to complete the crazy mini-games. Hopefully these new control possibilities can somewhat renew the series because the last Mario Party was nothing more than the cause of a huge hangover.
