Mass Effect likely to come to PC

Kotaku has received word that this month's PC Gamer UK edition speaks of a very likely transfer of the Xbox360 exclusive action rpg Mass Effect to the PC-platform, and that this will occur in the blessed year of 2007.

Mass Effect will come to PC (it's currently only announced for Xbox 360): it's not been officially confirmed but we have it on good authority. It's been three years since a BioWare developed game hit the PC: Mass Effect is a forceful reminder of why that's too damn long.

Sounds reasonable of course, as anyone knows that a lot of Xbox(360) exclusive games mostly get ported to PC some time later.

If the anonymous source of PC Gamer is to be trusted then it only confirms the fact that we'll see a lot of Bioware action on PC next year; Mass Effect, Jade Empire: Special Edition (January 2007, another port), maybe some more Premium modules for NWN and perhaps even the PC-exclusive Dragon Age.
