Medal of Honor gets launch trailer and first reviews

We would almost forget with the Black Ops SP Trailer, but Electronic Arts' wannabe CoD-killer (possibly in the future - as they admitted themselves), Medal of Honor has been released in the US which means the first reviews as well as the launch trailer are in!

Check out the trailer below:

Not a bad trailer but I've seen some that were more impressive in the past. And it seems the first reviews share that thought with regards to the entire game as well!

A short rundown:

CVG: 8.3/10

GameMaster: 8.5/10

IGN UK: 6/10

Game Informer Magazine: 7/10

Official Xbox Magazine: 7/10

Gamesradar: 7/10 (SP) 8/10 (MP)

Edge: 7/10

Joystiq: 4/5

Eugogamer: 8/10

Overall the feelings seem quite the same: a decent shooter but lacks something special to really make it go above & beyond Call of Duty.

Hopefully it's 'just' the first of many in the reboot of MoH series, so hopefully it will grow, in spite of the statement about this title having to sell more than 3 million copies to get a sequel...
