Metal Gear and GPS
The GPS add-on for the PSP looks like a great but to most people useless gadget because of its doubtful implementation into games.
At the Tokyo Game Show however, there was a rolling demo showing how MGS portable Ops will use the GPS System. By connecting to local WiFi hotspots anywhere in the world you can unlock different characters depending on your location.
Not a bad feature at all but they could have done something more with it.

Various levels of characters are "stored" for various IP addresses and zones, so you'll never know what you'll get when you connect. The GPS, therefore, can be used to hook up with GPS satellites to determine where you are in the world and to perhaps guide you towards known HotSpots that might give you secret and powerful bonus characters.
Not a bad feature at all but they could have done something more with it.
