Metal Slug uses nunchuck

Another happy event in the gamesbiz. Metal Slug, known from the good old NEO GEO arcade systems, exists for 10 years now. SNK Playmore decided to celebrate this anniversary in style. That's why they created Metal Slug Anthology for the Wii, a bundle of the six previous game with an extra Metal Slug 6 added. All games will be played using the nunchuck controller, wich should deliver a unique gaming experience.

‘The popularity of Metal Slug, whether it be on home console or Arcade is immense’ says Peter Rollinson, Product Manager, Ignition Entertainment ‘utilising the unique control method of Wii™, can only enhance the already well loved and familiar gameplay associated with the series’

This title is expected to be released early in 2007. More information can be found at the official website. There have also been released a few screenshots, wich can obviously be admired in our database.
