Metroid Prime 3 later, but perfect

Reggie Fils-Aime from our friends at Nintendo dropped in an interview with MTV that Metroid Prime 3 according to him has to be a perfect game. If that means the developers need more time, then that shouldn't be a problem.

This also happend with Zelda: Twilight Princess, which was two years longer in development than planned.

"The focus on 'Prime 3' is to make that the stellar game for a first-person experience on the platform. What that means is we're going to make sure it's perfect when we launch it. If the release is a little later than folks would have liked, I'm hoping they're going to be happy. They certainly seem to be happy that we took our time with 'The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess."

Release is planned for now in 2007 on the Wii.

We were installing some new hardware, but were forced to leave as the building was closing for the weekend. The site's running on a temp server now, so the without-www probably isn't forwarding to the right server anymore. I think our server admins are going back tonight to fix the problems.
