Microsoft making X360 MMO?

A job posting released by Microsoft shows the company is working on a new game that's supposed to be capable of having no less than 300.000 players play at the same time.
A job posting released by the firm has called for "an experienced server developer to help develop our server architecture. We are building an extremely high performance system to extend console games to the server in new ways; creating a completely new set of web services to support dynamic programming information of games and scheduling data".
300.000 players simultaneous on the same server in real-time is a massive amount. The only game up to now that works with a single server and has 300.000 users is EVE Online but they've only had 50.000 playing at the same time.

So what would this game be? Personally I doubt Microsoft has anything that can be popular enough to attract 300.000 users simultaneously except for maybe Halo.

It's Starwars Old Republic, Bioware and Simutronics (engine maker) said they supported exactly 300.000 users in one shard. 1+1=2
not hard to figure this one out

could be pure luck, also how the hell are you going to deal with the chat interface/possible addons?

if you don't got a keyboard/mouse, you can't play on the same level als the PC players, or you would need to be a on a seperate server, but that means that the community is split in two. and i doubt the X360 community is large enough to support a P2P MMO above the Xbox Live subscription.
