Microsoft has sent out a press release announcing that Shane Kim has been promoted to corporate vice president of Strategy and Business Development where he'll be "looking for growth opportunities".
To replace Kim as President of Microsoft Game Studios, the company has appointed Phil Spencer, former head of Microsoft Game Studios in UK.
