Microsoft: sued by cause of yoga
Microsoft seems to be the target of yet another lawsuit. This time Avary, that got an oscar in 1994 for their movie Pulp Fiction, is targetting Microsoft.
According to Avery, it had a couple of meetings with Microsoft about making a game where the player would be participating in yoga sessions.
Avery is now asking for at least $30 million plus punitive damages.

After handing over his confidential notes for an "internal review," Avary heard nothing from the Redmond, Washington-based software maker until Microsoft asked him to sign an agreement that "would have resulted in Avary transferring all rights to his concept ... with no compensation," the suit said.
Avery was stunned when Microsoft later annouced that they would be releasing Yourself! Fitness in cooperation with ResponDesign.Avery is now asking for at least $30 million plus punitive damages.
