Midway Games chairman Nicastro resigns
Lots of us have grown up with a small little obscure game called Mortal Kombat. Most of us don't even care that it's a game developed and published by Midway - not that it is of any importance.
What might be of some importance though, is that Midways 'main man' or "Chairman of the Board of Directors, Neil D. Nicastro", as some people refer to Neil, has turned in his resignation.
Here's a small passage from the official pressrelease:

“I believe that Midway is a tremendous company with a bright future, but for personal and professional reasons the time has come for me to move on,” said Mr. Nicastro.
Midway’s largest shareholders are Sumner M. Redstone and National Amusements Inc., who collectively own approximately 68% of Midway’s outstanding shares. Mr. Redstone stated, “I personally appreciate the dedication and skill Neil has brought to his work for Midway over the years. Midway will announce a highly qualified successor shortly following the June 10th annual meeting.”
Although Mr. Nicastro is keeping the honor to himself, rumors have it that it's Mr.Redstone who excercised a little pressure to oust Nicastro.Midway’s largest shareholders are Sumner M.
