Midway shares collapse further after sale

Sumner Redstone sold off Midway (of which he owned 87%) for US $100.000 on Monday and since the company's shares have plummeth further to a current price of only 23 cents, another 40% since the sale.
Midway is currently valued at around $21 million but with a huge debt of which Mark Thomas, who apparently took over Redstone's shares, will cover $70 million.
To give you an idea of how bad the situation is: $70 million is about the loss Midway made in the three months leading up to September this year.
Midway is currently facing delisting from the New York Stock Exchange and it doesn't look like things are going to improve anytime soon so a bankruptcy wouldn't come as a surprise if you ask me.
