More info Advance Wars DS 2

During the "E For All Expo" some more information was made available on Intelligent's System's newest turn-based strategy game for the DS.
The biggest innovation in the series is that the game now also boasts the RPG moniker. The different units can go up in level and get stronger the more you use them. The levels are indicated on the units itself, using Roman numerals. As always, higher level units will kick more ass and perform better on the battlefield.
Besides that, logistics will now play a more crucial role since units run out of gas and ammunition more rapidly in this game. An example of a new unit is the Flame Tank, quite self-explanatory isn't it?
Finally, a new command-system will be used as well. This time you need to give your units in advance what order they need to execute after they have moved, instead of the other way around in the previous games. You lose some flexibility, but the game ramps up the tactical layers.
Hours of mind-numbing tactical pleasure confirmed!
