More info on Metro 2033's DLC
In standard Ranger Mode the ammo is dramatically limited and all weapons do a lot more damage. Your enemies are more deadly than ever, but you are as well. Ranger Hardcore adds some more challenge by removing the HUD. The two new weapons you get in your hands are a Heavy Automatic Shotgun and the Volt Driver, Miller's well-known gun.
The Ranger Pack will soon become available on Xbox LIVE Marketplace as well as Steam. Pricing as well as actual release date will be announced soon.
