You aren't happy about how downloadable content tries to get some money out of your pockets nowadays? Then the, still vague, news about Gran Turismo HD for PS3 will be very interesting for you. Sony is planning to take 'consumables', or how you want to call them, very serious.

Gran Turismo HD will feature two modes: Premium and Classic. Premium will feature "cars and tracks like never before in full high definition quality," while Classic focuses on the online aspects that were probably part of the original plan for Gran Turismo 4. In addition to head-to-head racing, Classic will provide ongoing downloads adding up to 770 car models and 51 tracks.

Whether online racing will be limited to the 'Classic' mode or will also be accessible in 'Premium' mode wasn't said. You can also wonder how many cars and tracks the disc will have and how much you'll have to download and thus, pay? And the Classic mode, will it be 'full high definition quality' too or will it be like GT4?

Lot's of questions at this moment, so we hope we'll get some answers soon!
