Multiplatform Multiplayer for COD: Big Red One

Call of Duty 2: Big Red One, the COD title that will appear on the “this-generation” consoles will use the DemonWare's State Engine middleware, which makes 16-player, cross-platform, multiplayer online gaming possible for gamers all over the globe.

DemonWare's State Engine is a high-performance programming framework that eliminates the need to re-invent netcode for multi-player games, saving time and resources that can be focused on game development.

COD: Big Red One will appear on the consoles this Fall.
