Namco Bandai acquires D3Publisher

Namco Bandai has announced they've made an offer to acquire D3Publisher and developer Vicious Cycle.

Although the deal isn't finalised yet, it seems D3Publisher welcomes it:

"D3Publisher is thrilled to join forces with [Namco Bandai] to further strengthen their position in the US and European marketplaces and continue to make quality games that gamers will enjoy," the representative said

D3Publisher is most known for games like Puzzle Quest and Earth Defense Force 2170.
