Namco Bandai has therefore trademarked the name DeadHeat in Europe. No, don't say Dead Heat as that name was already filed by another company.

The question now remains which cargo this flag will cover. The rumours are already flying around and say that it isn't a full name for a seperate game but rather a subtitle for an expansion. This could mean for instance Dragon Ball: DeadHeat or Dead To Rights: DeadHeat.
