New Battlefield 2 patch on the way

You're seeing just A-OK! It's not Battlefield 3, not Heroes nor Bad Company that's asking for attention, but the apparently alive and kicking Battlefield 2! netGameRadio had an interview with John Hargelid from DICE, who mentioned that a new patch for this oldie is right around the corner.

We don't have any more details, but the most important thing is that he mentioned new maps. Yes, the guy is brave enough to say it in its plural form. Let's just hope he's not talking about a boosterpack you have to pay for. Expect an update tomorrow, when all the info will be released.
