New CoD, Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero
Activision recently announced their financial results (which were pretty good) and along with that came word on a batch of new games.
Expect a new Call of Duty for PS2, PS3, PC, Wii and Xbox 360. Whether we're talking about a spin-off or CoD5 isn't quite clear yet. CoD4: Modern Warfare did tremendously well of course, with over 7 million copies sold in 2007.
Also the very profitable and successful Guitar Her (GH3: Legends of Rock brought in about a billion dollars worldwide which is more than any other game) will see two new parts arriving in July.
Despite getting almost beaten to death by EA's Skate, a new Tony Hawk will be coming up as well. Activision did say that they'll be focusing on innovation this time and pay attention to critics from gamers.
Furthermore, two new Spider-Man games, one new Bond-game (tie-in with the movie) and two titles for kids (Kung Fu Panda and Madagascar 2) also get announced.
