In a press release developer NetDevil let know the game - being an MMO - will aim to support a very wide array of hardware. Anything better than a Pentium 4 1.4GHz will be able to run game. This way an expansive player base can be attracted, something that will only benefit the massively multiplayer online aspect of the game.
Proud owners of a monster PC needn't worry, that the game can already be player on an older machine is only the merit of the scaleability of the game. At full detail and with all graphical options at the maximum the game will still look very slick. You can judge for yourself in some new screenshots that accompanied the press release:
