New MechAssault content... if you pay
Gamespot is reporting that some new multiplayer maps are available for MechAssault through XBox Live, but you have to be willing to pay for them if you're interested.
I hope Microsoft rapidly sees their mistake or they can be sure their whole Live platform will go downhill faster than a snowboarder in SSX3
The new game content and maps will set you back $4.99. The downloads continue the tradition that regularly sees new content being made available to MechAssault gamers. However, it is the first time that Microsoft has charged them for new, downloadable content.
While developers like Valve make sure there are enough tools for creative kiddies out there to create custom maps, Microsoft is going to charge for a couple of maps that are available through their XBox Live service for which a gamer also has to pay ?I hope Microsoft rapidly sees their mistake or they can be sure their whole Live platform will go downhill faster than a snowboarder in SSX3
