New Need for Speed & Medal of Honor coming up

During Electronic Arts' financials conference call, EA Games label head Frank Gibeau stated that the classic Medal of Honor franchise will be brought back to life.

Nothing further was said about MoH but Gibeau did let loose that the success of Need for Speed: Shift is the start for a new initiative to revitalize several of EA's blockbuster titles.
More news about a new Medal of Honor is expected to be released early next year.

Meanwhile, Need for Speed: Shift has been doing so well that Gibeau also announced that next year we'll be seeing a new version again, this time developed by none other than Criterion, the guys behind the Burnout games.

"Next year's Need for Speed has been under development now for some time at our award-winning Criterion Studio."

Knowing the Burnout games, I wouldn't be surprised that the next Need for Speed would be quite good when it comes to crashing cars.
