New Playstation2 coming up?

As if the PS2 hasn't had a long lifetime yet, Sony plans to release a new version of its previous-gen console.
The India Times is reporting that Sony plans to release a fourth version of the Playstation2 in Europe and India which will be slimmer and have no more external AC adapters.

The higher-end version promises to be slimer, sleeker and more suave in its looks. There will be no more external AC adapters, all of which will be in-built and the product price will also be the same as the earlier version
Some people may find this sounding quite familiar and the reason for that is because in fact this version was already released in Japan quite some time ago. Guess Sony thinks the time is right to get it rolled out over the rest of the world.In other news:
