Ubisoft Entertainment sent us some updated details on their upcoming third person action shooter Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.

The game is being developed by the same team that did the Advanced Warfighter games and will be released on PC, PS3 and X360.

The "Ghosts" will have state of the art military gear which is based on real prototypes and you get some pretty amazing optical camouflage to help you blend in with any environment. An exoskeleton will help you move faster, jump further and hit harder and for long-range combat you get of course sniper rifles but also a mortar that shoots of several guided missiles at the same time, and heavily armed unmanned combat robots that can be used on land and in the air.

Future Soldier will have a one-button formation concept instead of a complicated command system.

The singleplayer will come as a solo campaign and co-op and you start off as a new recruit with the Ghosts and you'll be able to follow the conflict from various points of view, ranging from a hi-placed bodyguard to an engineer, civilian and more.

The multiplayer will support 8vs8 where you can combine the properties of the four different classes in the game, the combat robots and your personal gear.

Of course everything you do will be tracked and several things can be unlocked for yourself but also your clan.

The game is expected to be released this Fall.
