New next-gen Star Wars in development

It won't come as a surprise to many people, but Activision today announced they are busy creating a next-gen Star Wars game. It will be named Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and will take place between Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Episode IV: A New Hope.

You'll be Darth Vader's apprentice and you'll scour the universe to search and kill the last remaining Jedi.

The game will appear on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but we have no idea when. Also we haven't heard anything about the possibility to do lightsaber battles with your Wii-mote.

If this game does not allow Wii-mote lightsaber battles then it is not worth buying :D

Dat vond Lucas Arts blijkbaar ook een goed idee dus besloten ze een Star Wars naar de Wii te brengen! De game draagt voorlopig de werknaam Star Wars 2007 wat natuurlijk duid op de release date. "
