The rumours had been floating around the web for a few weeks so Nintendo thought it was time to officially announce the latest revamp of the DS platform.

Dubbed the DSi LL it will feature bigger 4.2-inch screens, two different stylus, two pre-installed brain train games and a dictionary. It will be available in three colours: Dark Brown, Wine Red and Natural White.

This DSi iteration will hit Japan on November 21st for a mere ¥20,000 (£135 / €150).

Nintendo originally did not give any indication for releases outside of Japan but VG247 did manage to get a Euro date out of them. Here's what the UK representative had to say.
