Nintendo announces Europe DSi launch date, indicates pricing

After announcing the US release date yesterday, Nintendo now deemed it time to do the same for us Europeans. And it seems good news is to be cheered upon because if we can believe the press release, we will be able to pick up this new puppy on April 3. That's two full days before the US, we win!

Whilst the US can choose from black and blue as colours, we get to choose between black and white, just like Japan.

The Times Online also brings us some not so confirmed news that was not in the press statement. They place the price point at "around £149" compared to the $169 for the US. Let's classify this under 'rumours based upon an educated guess'.
